Screen Printed T Shirts with Your Logo

It is a printing technique where ink is pushed through a mesh screen, one colour at a time, and fixed to the fabric with heat. It gives flat, vivid, very durable colours, and it is the most common method for company t shirts with logos of a few colours.

It depends on the garment and the position, and the product page states the maximum. Logos of one to four flat colours are typical, and each colour means one more screen. The price on the product page includes one colour in the standard position.

Screen printing if the logo has a few flat colours and you are printing many identical t shirts. Digital transfer if the logo has gradients, a photograph or lots of colours, or if there are several designs with few pieces of each.

Yes. On dark garments a white base is printed first so the logo colours come out vivid. In the free mock-up you see how it looks on the garment colour before you pay.

Many washes, because the cured ink becomes part of the fabric. To make it last, wash the t shirt inside out at 30 or 40 °C, avoid a hot tumble dryer and don't iron over the print.

Vector is best (SVG, AI or PDF), because the screens are made from it; if you only have a PNG or JPG, we will check it. Give the Pantone reference for each colour and avoid very fine lines and tiny text, which get lost in the fabric.
