Branded USB sticks with your logo for companies

Branded USB sticks are still useful when there is something to hand over on them: conference documents, a catalogue or a file too large for email. Choose the style and capacity, and we will send you a mock-up with your logo before you pay.

A USB only makes sense if it has something on it

The usual mistake is to hand out branded USB sticks empty. With cloud storage everywhere, a blank USB stick ends up in a drawer; it becomes valuable again when it comes with specific content: the technical pack a salesperson leaves after a visit, the presentations from a conference, a distributor's product manual or a brand kit for an agency. So the first thing to decide is not the capacity, but what goes on it and who will open it.

From there, the choice is simple. For documents and presentations, 4 or 8 GB is more than enough. For video or high-resolution photos, go up to 16 or 32 GB and, if you can, choose USB 3.0: a promotional USB 2.0 reads at around 20-30 MB/s, while a USB 3.0 is several times faster, so copying a folder of several gigabytes drops from a few minutes to less than one. Also bear in mind that usable capacity is always slightly lower than the stated capacity: a 16 GB USB shows about 14,9 GB on a computer, because the manufacturer counts in decimal.

Available capacities and speeds depend on the model: each product page shows its options.

What can be personalised

  • Your logo on the body or the clip: laser engraving on metal and bamboo, with no ink and no wear; pad printing or full-colour printing on plastic.
  • The price on each product page includes branding in a single colour in the standard print area. A logo in several colours, a second side or a different technique is quoted in the quote.
  • The body colour on plastic models, to match your corporate colour more closely without making the logo larger.
  • The capacity by batch: a lower capacity for general distribution and a higher one for clients, in the same quote, as long as each model reaches 10 units.
  • The content: if you want the USB sticks delivered with files loaded, mention it when requesting a quote and we will confirm whether it is possible with that model.

How the order works

You send us the logo as a vector file (SVG, AI or PDF); if you only have PNG or JPG, we will check it. Within 24 working hours you receive the quote and the free mock-up, with the logo placed at actual size on the USB. You only pay when you approve the mock-up, and production usually takes two or three weeks from that point. If you have an event date, tell us at the start and we will work backwards from it.

With electronics, we recommend ordering a sample before the full run: it lets you check the finish, the feel of the clip and the actual speed with your own files. Shipping is tracked to one address or split across several sites, throughout the European Union.

Where they fit and what to pair them with

At trade shows and conferences, the USB replaces kilos of paper: it carries the presentations or catalogue and is handed out at the end of the talk or in the attendee bag, together with the rest of your event merchandise. In sales, it is useful for leaving technical documents behind on visits where a connection is not guaranteed, and for clients in different countries, a USB with the catalogue in all their languages solves in one item what would otherwise mean several print runs. And when onboarding technical staff, one loaded with internal manuals and the brand kit is a good complement to the laptop.

For trade shows, the card format fits inside a badge holder, so it works well with personalised lanyards; for everyday use, the swivel style stands up better on a keyring because it has no cap. If the USB is for a client, pair it with a notebook and pen from the same line of personalised stationery.

Our Selection Process

A bad cable shows in three weeks.

In promotional technology, the difference between a good gift and one that ends up in a drawer is the materials and certification. We work with manufacturers who declare real capacity, not just what's on the packaging, and who pass European electrical safety tests.

  • Measured capacity, not what's printed on the box
  • Up-to-date CE certification and safety tests
  • Braided cables that withstand the pull of a handbag

The Detail

Laser engraving lasts as long as the device.

On aluminium and technical plastic, laser doesn't fade or scratch. In technology, it's almost always the right technique.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Branded USB sticks with your logo for companies

If yours is not here, write to us. People answer, not an automatic form.

What capacity does a USB stick need as a giveaway?

It depends on what it will contain. For documents and presentations, 4 or 8 GB is enough; for video or high-resolution photos, 16 or 32 GB. If it is empty, capacity matters less than the format, because what people value is being able to carry it with them.

Why does a 16 GB USB show less space on the computer?

Because the manufacturer counts in decimal and the computer in binary, and the formatting also takes up a small part. A 16 GB USB shows about 14,9 GB available: it is not a fault, it happens with any memory device.

Can USB sticks be supplied with files loaded?

Mention it when requesting a quote, together with the total file size, and we will confirm whether it can be done with the chosen model. Always leave some spare capacity above the size of the content.

What is the difference between a USB 2.0 flash drive and a USB 3.0 one?

Speed. A USB 3.0 reads and writes several times faster, and you notice it when copying videos or large folders; for a few PDFs, a USB 2.0 does the job. Both work with current USB-A ports.

Which branding looks best on a bamboo USB?

Laser engraving: it lightly toasts the surface and leaves the logo in a brown tone that does not rub off. As each piece of bamboo has its own grain, the tone varies slightly from one unit to another, and that is part of the material.

Which USB format is best for a trade show?

The card style, because it slips into a wallet or badge holder and allows full-colour printing. If the visitor will use it every day, the swivel with clip is more practical on a keyring.
