Embroidery that survives the wash

The thread is stitched into the fabric, so the logo does not crack or peel with everyday wear. 3D embroidery adds raised detail for simple logos.

Fabric weight to suit the job

There are light polos under 160 g/m2, mid-weight ones between 160 and 220 g/m2 and heavier ones from 220 g/m2. The heavier the fabric, the more body the garment has and the better it holds the embroidery.

Sizes for the whole team

You can mix men's, women's and unisex cuts of the same style, and kids' sizes on some. That way everyone is dressed alike in a cut that fits well.

Cotton, blends and technical fabrics for embroidery

Most styles are 100% cotton, with classic piqué like that of the Calgary or Star polos. There are cotton and polyester blends that crease less, technical fabrics for active work and organic or recycled cotton options with certifications such as OEKO-TEX, OCS or GRS.

The embroidery normally goes on the chest, and the catalogue price already includes one-colour marking in the standard area. Send your logo as a vector file (SVG, AI or PDF) and before you pay you receive a free mock-up showing the design on the polo.

How to choose custom embroidered polos

Composition: 100% cotton is cool and comfortable; a polyester blend keeps its shape better after many washes; technical fabric suits movement or heat.
Fabric weight: For daily uniform and larger embroidery, go for between 160 and 220 g/m2 or more. Polos under 160 g/m2 are lighter for summer or outdoor events.
Sleeve and cut: Short sleeves are the usual choice; long sleeves suit colder months or a more formal look. Pick a men's, women's, unisex or kids' cut depending on who will wear it.
Embroidery or 3D embroidery: Flat embroidery reproduces detailed logos well. 3D embroidery adds relief and shows off best with simple shapes and bold strokes.
