Custom tea cups, teapots and infusers with your logo: what they cost and how to choose
A coffee or tea product with your logo costs from RON 15.00 per unit, including printing. Custom tea cups do a different job from an infuser for a welcome pack or a teapot given as a gift. Here you can see today’s prices, the most common uses with real products, and what is worth checking before you order: material, branding area and what to pair each item with.
How much does a personalised coffee and tea item cost?
Unit price with your logo in one colour in the standard branding area, excluding VAT and delivery. The price goes down as quantity increases because the print setup is spread across more units.

For trade shows, welcome packs and giveaways
When the aim is to reach lots of people, it helps to choose a lightweight item that is easy to add to a pack and will actually be used. Steel infusers and simple ceramic cups work well here: depending on the model, they can be branded with laser engraving or pad printing and are a good fit for wider distribution.
An infuser on its own can feel a bit sparse if you give it without anything else. If you want it to arrive ready to use, pair it with tea or matcha from the same category. For cups, check first whether the logo needs to be visible when held in the right hand or the left.
For welcoming starters or as a team gift
For a more considered daily tea break, pieces that look good on a desk and arrive ready to use work best. This selection includes cups and sets in gift packaging, as well as matcha sets or personalised teapot and cup sets, designed for onboarding or a team gift with more presence.
In glass or borosilicate, a small, clean logo usually looks better than a large one with a slogan. If you want the everyday mug for general use, it is better to go to branded mugs; this section is a better fit when the full tea break matters, not just the cup.
For client gifts and senior leadership
When the gift needs to last and look good on a desk or at home, material, presentation and the finish of the logo matter more. Premium options include boxed cup sets and more distinctive coffee accessories, with discreet branding that complements the item without overcrowding it.
On a cup, a box or a coffee accessory, a restrained logo works better than a large one. If you are putting together a more complete gift, you can add branded coffee to the same order and keep a consistent tea-break theme.

How each material is branded
| Material | Technique | How the logo looks |
|---|---|---|
| Glass and borosilicate | Pad printing or UV digital printing | Visible on the body; a clean, restrained design works better than a very busy one |
| Ceramic with saucer | Pad printing or screen transfer | In colour on the cup, positioned for right-handed or left-handed use |
| Stainless steel | Laser engraving or pad printing | On the handle, the plate or the chain; laser leaves the logo ink-free |
| Bamboo | Laser engraving | On the lid, with a natural and discreet finish |
