Branded tableware and glassware for hospitality: what it costs and what to choose for each use
A piece of tableware or glassware with your logo costs from RON 21.90 per unit, including branding. A table water bottle, a beer tankard and a coffee cup do not need the same thing in service or show your brand in the same way. Here you can see today’s prices, which pieces suit the most common uses in restaurants, hotels and bars, and what is worth checking before you order.
How much does a branded tableware or glassware item cost?
Unit price with your logo included, excluding VAT and delivery. For glass and porcelain, the usual option is fired screen printing in the standard print area; the unit price comes down as quantities rise because print set-up and firing are spread across more pieces.

For table water in dining areas and rooms
On tables, in rooms and in breakfast areas, it matters that the bottle fits the service and that the logo feels integrated into the glass. Table water bottles are branded with fired screen printing, which bakes the design into the piece and works very well with simple logos.
Before you approve the artwork, simplify the logo into solid colours: this technique allows 1 to 3 and is not the best route for gradients or very fine detail. If you want to check scale and legibility, ask for a free full-size mock-up.

At the bar and on the terrace, you need a hard-wearing piece that is easy to replace and keeps the logo visible while serving. Beer glasses and tankards work well for this, especially in glass branded with fired screen printing, which leaves the logo fixed into the piece.
It is worth planning the design for repeated use: a clear emblem and a few colours work better than complex artwork. If you are also ordering other pieces for the venue, you can combine them in the same quote to reach the minimum order.

At hotel breakfasts, in a kitchen area or in a staff canteen, the cup is used every day and seen up close. Porcelain with fired screen printing gives a clean, stable finish, suited to simple logos and to keeping a consistent look across the coffee service.
The most common mistake is sending artwork prepared for screens, with effects or shading that do not work here. Adapt it to solid colours and check the mock-up before approval, especially if the logo includes small text.

When the piece is used for wine or a more formal service, it matters that the logo does not dominate and looks refined on the table. Wine glasses suit that setting because branding on glass can feel integrated and keep a discreet presence.
Here, a symbol or shortened brand version often works better than the full logo. As fired screen printing works with 1 to 3 solid colours, it is worth cleaning up the artwork before production.
