Branded business card holders are taken out to pay, to scan an access card or to introduce yourself, always with one hand and just a few centimetres from view. That is why a large logo in several colours feels out of place. What works is discreet branding, in a corner or centred, in the tone of the material itself: laser on aluminium, CO₂ engraving on cork, or debossing or engraving on PU.

The material sets the tone. Aluminium is rigid, stops cards bending and often comes anodised in various colours. Cork is light and natural, and fits a sustainable range. PU is flexible and classic, and some versions use recycled material. On all of them, the engraving sits in the tone of the material itself and does not rub off with pocket wear.

The logo size usually falls between 20 and 40 mm wide, although some aluminium covers allow more. Each model page shows the maximum print area, and the mock-up lets you see how your logo looks at real size before you pay anything.

What RFID protection is and what it does

Contactless bank cards and many access cards are read by radio frequency. A card holder with RFID protection blocks that reading while the cards are inside, so nobody can read them by bringing a reader close to your pocket. To pay or go through a checkpoint, you take the card out.

That is why it is a useful gift for teams who travel, work away from the office or use public transport, and an easy benefit to explain on a stand. The options range from a rigid aluminium RFID holder to a blocking card, the size of a bank card, that sits inside any wallet.

Typical mistakes when personalising card holders

• Making the logo large and full colour: on an item of 10 × 6 cm, a small engraving in the tone of the material looks far better.
• Not counting the cards. Some models hold three and others six or seven; the model page shows it.
• Confusing a holder for bank cards with one for business cards. The holders in the catalogue are for bank and access cards; if you need one for business cards, ask for it in the quote.
• Expecting a dark engraving on anodised aluminium: the laser reveals the lighter metal underneath, so it contrasts more on dark colours.
• Giving it without context. If you hand it over in person or include a note, explain in one line what RFID protection does: people value it more.

Each model can be ordered from 10 units per item, with a minimum order of RON 527.90 per quote, excluding VAT and shipping. We send you a free mock-up with your logo at its real size, and you pay when you approve it. Production usually takes two or three weeks from approval, and shipping is tracked to one address or several sites across the European Union.
