Embroidery that stands up to use

The thread is stitched into the fabric, so the logo withstands scuffs, rain and the daily wear a backpack gets. The raised finish looks more polished than a flat print.

From drawstring to laptop

There are light drawstring backpacks for events and backpacks with a laptop compartment for screens up to 15.6 inches for everyday office use. Capacities run from small models under 15 litres to backpacks over 25.

Recycled and certified materials

Many of the models use recycled RPET polyester or recycled cotton, with certifications such as GRS or amfori BSCI. Useful if your company needs to back up purchases with environmental criteria.

Material and marking

Most of the backpacks are polyester, many of it recycled, and there are also cotton, nylon and synthetic leather models. Embroidery suits cotton canvas and heavier fabrics especially well, where the stitches hold firm.

Besides embroidery, depending on the model you can also choose screen printing, screen transfer, digital transfer, laser engraving or a PU label. The catalogue price already includes one-colour marking in the standard area, and before you pay you receive a free mock-up with your logo on the backpack.

How to choose embroidered back packs

By use
For events and large-scale gifts, drawstring backpacks in cotton or RPET. For daily use in the office, models with a laptop and tablet compartment.
Laptop size and capacity
Check whether the team uses laptops up to 15.6 inches or smaller, then choose a capacity: under 15 litres for the basics, between 15 and 25 for everyday use, over 25 for travel.
Material and certifications
If you want a sustainable profile, filter by recycled material and certifications such as GRS, RCS or OCS. Cotton gives a natural look; polyester and nylon resist water better.
Pockets and security
For travel and city commuting there are anti-theft models or ones with RFID protection, and others with a water bottle pocket.

What is the minimum order for embroidered back packs?

The minimum order per quote is RON 534.30 excl. VAT, counting all products together. Some models are made from a minimum quantity; where that applies, it is shown on the product page. You can see the price with marking on each backpack's page.

What file format should I send my logo in for embroidery?

Vector is best: SVG, AI or PDF. With that file we prepare the mock-up with your logo on the backpack.

How long does production take?

The delivery time depends on the marking technique and the quantity, and it is shown on each product page in working days to your country.

Can I see how it looks before I pay?

Yes. We send you a free mock-up with your logo on the backpack, and you only pay once you approve it, before production. Samples can also be requested.

What happens if the embroidery comes out wrong?

If the marking is faulty or does not match the approved mock-up, it is redone at no cost.

Are there embroidered back packs made from recycled material?

Yes, most of the models in the listing use recycled polyester or recycled cotton, several with GRS certification. You can filter them by recycled material.
