Branded sports bottles personalised with your logo
Branded sports bottles and reusable water bottles with your logo, for the gym, a company fun run or the desk. Choose by lid, capacity and material; you see your logo in place before you pay.

Choose the bottle for the lid, not the colour
Branded sports bottles are judged on the first sip. If the lid is awkward to open with one hand, if it leaks in a backpack or if it does not fit a bike bottle cage, it ends up at the back of a cupboard however good the logo looks. Before you look at colours, it helps to decide three things: the type of closure, the real capacity and whether the body is squeezable or rigid for keeping on a desk.
Capacity depends on use. From 500 to 600 ml is the desk and bag format; 750 to 800 ml suits the gym and sport; from one litre upwards is for people out all day who do not want to refill. If it is for cycling, check the diameter on the product page: most bottle cages take bases of around 73-74 mm. And if you want to keep water cold for hours, you need a double-wall bottle from the flasks and insulated bottles category.
Materials: which one to choose
| Material | What it is like | Best use | Common branding |
|---|---|---|---|
| Recycled plastic (PET or PP) | Lightweight, economical and often dishwasher-safe | Runs, events and large-volume giveaways | Wraparound screen printing, pad printing or 360° digital print |
| Rigid copolyester | Clear, impact-resistant and odour-free | Gym and everyday office use | Wraparound screen printing or pad printing |
| Aluminium | Very light and durable, with no insulation | Hiking, cycling and travel | 360° digital print or laser engraving |
| Single-wall steel | Durable and taste-free, with no insulation | Cold water on the desk and in the car | Laser engraving or pad printing |
| Borosilicate glass with sleeve | Does not affect flavour; the sleeve helps protect it from knocks | Office, infusions and fruit water | Engraving or pad printing |
| Collapsible silicone | Rolls up and takes very little space when empty | Travel and gym bags | Pad printing |
Lids and closures
- Push-pull: opens and closes by pulling the spout. The classic sports option, quick and easy with one hand.
- Lockable spout: for drinking one-handed and sealing it properly before putting the bottle in a backpack.
- Screw cap with carry loop: the most leakproof option; the loop lets you clip it to a carabiner or carry it on one finger.
- Integrated straw: handy at the desk, a little less practical to wash.
- Infuser: an internal filter for fruit or tea, designed with office use in mind.
Branding on sports bottles
The price on each product page includes one-colour branding in the standard print area. More colours or another technique are adjusted in the quote.
- Wraparound screen printing: the ink is applied while the bottle rotates. Solid colours, good coverage and the best balance of price and durability on plastic.
- Pad printing: for small logos, curved surfaces or the lid.
- 360° digital print: full colour and all around the bottle. Eye-catching, but more sensitive to rubbing and aggressive washing.
- Laser engraving: on aluminium and steel, it marks the metal and does not peel.
- As a rule, a one- or two-colour logo on one side ages better than a print that covers the whole bottle.
Typical mistakes when ordering bottles with logo
- Choosing by the photo without checking the closure. A leaking lid ruins the best print.
- Ordering one litre for a run. Once full it is too heavy; for running, 500 to 600 ml and a squeezable body.
- Assuming it is insulated. A single-wall bottle does not keep drinks cold.
- Printing full colour on a bottle that will go through the dishwasher every day: in that case, one- or two-colour screen printing performs better.
- Ordering it with the date printed on it. Allow two or three weeks from approval of the mock-up.
Where a sports bottle works best and what to pair it with
A sports bottle works when movement is part of the plan. In a company run or sports challenge, it is the item everyone takes and keeps using months later. On a stand, it is one of the few things a visitor will carry all day, which is why it fits event merchandise. And inside the business, it replaces single-use bottles in the meeting room or gym.
Because it is a cost-effective item, it works better as part of a set: bottle and custom T-shirt for the team running, bottle and branded towel for an internal challenge. If material is the buying criterion, there are recycled plastic and recycled steel versions in line with eco-friendly merchandise.
Our Selection Process
You notice the steel by the second sip.
The difference between a bottle that keeps cold for eight hours and one that loses it in two is in the vacuum between walls, not the price. We request the technical sheet with the actual hours of preservation and compare it with what the catalogue promises.
- 18/8 stainless steel, not unnamed alloys
- Declared and verified cold and heat hours
- BPA-free plastic lids
Bottles and Cans: the entire catalogue is branded in Europe, with delivery within the timeframe we agree with you.
The Detail
The engraving doesn't wash off in the dishwasher.
On steel, the laser leaves the mark in the metal itself. It's more understated than screen printing and survives daily use.
