How much does a branded notepad cost?
Price per unit with your logo printed in the standard area, excluding VAT and delivery. The unit price falls as quantity rises because print setup is spread across more units.

For trade shows, counters and large-scale handouts
When the aim is to hand out lots, smaller formats, lighter weight and a logo that reads at a glance matter most. This is where custom sticky notes and compact branded notepads fit well: they slip into a pocket, are useful straight away and let you print the logo on every sheet without pushing up the unit cost.
Keep the logo small and the background very light. If you fill the sheet too much or use a strong colour, the note becomes less useful. With sticky notes, think about the adhesive edge too: at the top works better for screens, and on the left for marking documents.

For meetings, training and desks, a medium-sized pad with a useful layout usually works best. A5 and A4 formats leave enough room to write and let you print an agenda, task list or meeting notes template on every sheet, on 80 g/m² paper that works well with pens and markers.

When the pad will stay on display for several days, presence and format matter more. This range includes large desk pads, including recycled paper options, and some covered models: these work best as desk planners, onboarding materials or a smart detail for an office.
For these uses, it pays to be even more restrained: a simple brand line and, at most, the website. If it is for onboarding, pair it with a branded pen; if you want it for a stand, it often makes more sense to move down to a range designed for handouts.
